This programme was built from both observation and experience.
Through my background in youth work, leadership roles, and community involvement, I saw a recurring gap—students often lacked not just academic support, but confidence, guidance, and relatable mentorship.

My Role
As Director and Programme Coordinator, I:

- Lead and guide student volunteers
- Ensure consistency in teaching and learning outcomes
- Build a system that supports both learners and leaders
